Monthly Walks: Cancellations/Change Request must be received by the 15th of the month prior.
Standard Walks: Cancellations and Change Requests must be made by Thursday at 6pm pacific time for the following week.
Pet Sitting Services: Cancellations and Change Requests must be made by Thursday at 6pm pacific time for the following week.
Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations and change requests for Pet Sitting services booked over the holidays require 6-day notice to cancel.
• On warm summer days we will provide your dog with plenty of water breaks and look for shade breaks during the walk.
• We don’t cancel due to rain. If needed, instead of a walk we will provide indoor enrichments (i.e., play with toys, play with treat puzzle toy, provide chew stick with supervision, snuggles, etc.)
We are requiring all dogs be vaccinated against rabies virus, distemper virus/parvovirus/adenovirus, bordetella bacteria, leptospirosis and canine influenza virus H3N2 in order to board with us.
Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, credit card, debit card, or via the Time To Pet App.
There is $15 surcharge for holiday and weekend services.
We create our schedules in advance to ensure we can provide consistent and reliable services to our valued clients, so please adhere to these policies:
• Please make reservations no later than Thursday at 6pm pacific time for the following week.
