Schedule once and done. We take the hassle out of dog walks and give you a regular spot and walker you can count on.
Easy payments. Once per month we’ll bill you automatically for the month ahead.
Never lose your dog’s spot. We even provide excused absences when you take vacations or don’t need a walk. But don’t worry, we’ll hold your spot for when you’re back so your dog is right back on schedule

Monthly Walks:
Services must be paid monthly up front for the coming month. This guarantees your dog’s spot. We’ll invoice you each month. Our monthly billing option means your rate will be the same each month, providing clients who utilize our Premium service the convenience, ease, and savings off Standard rates. Rates are calculated based on the number of walks per month, minus your vacation time (and ours), and then divided by 12 months to get your monthly rate. Please reach out with any questions about our monthly billing.
Standard Walks:
Services must be paid weekly up front for the coming week. This guarantees your spot.
Monthly Walks:
We will reserve a monthly schedule block for your dog. You’ll never have to worry about whether there will be availability to take your pup out for their daily stroll!
Standard Walks:
We create our schedules in advance to ensure we can provide consistent and reliable services to our valued clients. Please make reservations no later than Thursday at 6pm pacific time for the following week.
If you have an urgent need arise, please do contact us as we do our best to accommodate requests for services on short notice from our regular clients. Short-notice service: Additional $15/per walk

Monthly Walks:
· Cancellations/Change Request must be received by the 15th of the month prior.
· Premium service automatically provides billing credit for “Excused Absences” of two weeks per calendar year. Because you already receive credit for these walks, there are no refunds or credits if you cancel a walk.
Standard Walks:
· Cancellations and Change Requests must be made by Thursday at 6pm pacific time for the following week.
· Cancellations later than this will not be refunded or credited.

· Monthly Walks: MLK Day, President’s Day, Juneteenth, Columbus Day, Veterans Day. No additional fee.
· Standard Walks: MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day. Additional $15/per visit fee applies.
We are Closed in observance of:
· Christmas through New Year’s Day we close for 10 days.
